Different Dynamics are committed to looking after our customers’ data.

This policy details how we will use your information, and we wanted you to know how we are managing and using the data we hold.

We collect and process only data that is necessary to provide the best service to our clients and prospective customers, and never sell, rent or trade lists to other businesses.

What Data We Hold

Enquiries: When we receive enquiries via our website, over the phone or via email, we collect basic contact details such as name, address, phone number and email address. Prospective client contact details are held for one year on the grounds of legitimate interests to deliver information relating to the enquiry.

Clients: We keep information including, first name, last name, email address, address, telephone number and a historical record of conversations, communications and events you have attended. We may also have your DOB and other personal information if you have provided this to us. If we have not worked with you for a period of three years, we will delete your data.

Client contact details are held for three years on the grounds of legitimate interests to deliver customer service in the case of training programme renewal.

How We Store Data

All data is held in an encrypted/password protected system.

What We Use Your Data For

Your data is used to maintain a record of your business and your personal data is used to enable us to contact you:

1. To notify you of training programmes we offer that we believe may be of interest to you/your business.
2. To send relevant details of events we think you might be interested in attending.

Marketing Communications / Newsletters

Customers and interested parties who have opted into receiving email communications, will be notified of training programme related news and events in which they may be interested.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve future communications. You can unsubscribe from e-newsletter mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of these communications sent via MailChimp or by emailing  connect@differentdynamics.com

reCAPTCHA

We have implemented the invisible reCAPTCHA on this site. Our use of the invisible reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Your Rights And Access To Your Personal Information

You have the right, under the General Data Protection Regulation, to have access to your data and to have it erased. At any point you can request removal from our mailing list and we will no longer contact you.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold, subject to legal and contractual constraints. You may email your request to connect@differentdynamics.com

Such requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and certain data will need to be kept for compliance, legal, accounting and operational needs.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been processed in a way that does not comply with the GDPR. You can do so by calling the ICO helpline on 0303 123 1113 or via their website, www.ico.org.uk.

Third Parties

We will never rent, sell or trade email lists or share your information with other organisations for them to use for their own purposes.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Should we make major changes to our Privacy /Data Policy, we will post a prominent announcement on our website.
