What Data We Hold
Enquiries: When we receive enquiries via our website, over the phone or via email, we collect contact details such as first name, second name, company name, job title, company address, phone number and email address. Prospective client contact details are held for one year on the grounds of legitimate interests to deliver information relating to the enquiry.
Clients: We keep information including, first name, last name, company, job title, email address, company address, telephone number and a historical record of conversations, communications and events you have attended. We may also have your birthday and other personal information if you have provided this to us. If we have not worked with you for a period of three years, we will delete your data.
Client contact details are held for three years on the grounds of legitimate interests to deliver customer service in the case of training programme renewal.

Your data is used to maintain a record of your business and your personal data is used to enable us to contact you:
1. To notify you of training programmes we offer that we believe may be of interest to you/your business.
2. To send relevant details of events we think you might be interested in attending.
Marketing Communications / Newsletters
Customers and interested parties who have opted into receiving email communications, will be notified of training programme related news and events in which they may be interested.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve future communications. Your Rights And Access To Your Personal Information
You have the right, under the General Data Protection Regulation, to have access to your data and to have it erased. At any point you can request removal from our mailing list and we will no longer contact you.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold, subject to legal and contractual constraints. You may email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Such requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and certain data will need to be kept for compliance, legal, accounting and operational needs.
